Comment by Thottbot The Islander This quest was very difficult to find information on so I will try to make it easy for Alliance Characters at least. You must be at least a lvl 30 warrior. If you are a higher level then it is easier. He is upstairs talking with another warrior trainer on a rug. Obtain the quest "The Islander". The quest requires that you travel to Ratchet and off of Ratchet is a small island called Frey Island. It is just south-east of Ratchet. There is a small path that leads to the Island, but it is covered by water.
