Where is starting quest for twilight highlands

Comment by playgrrrr I don't know when it switches, but if you are and have dabbled in Legion this questline may start with Twilight Shores at Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth in Stormwind Keep, next to the King. Those going for Loremaster should keep this in mind - Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth who now offers the breadcrumb quest will have a gray exclamation mark over his head indicating you are low level and you will not find Fargo Flintlocke on the docks, either.

I lost my portal to Vashj'ir and Twighlight Highlands when I switched. They tell me that it is because the quest chain is faction specific. Which should logically mean that I would lose anything I earned via a faction specific quest.

The board does't give me the quest and I can't seem to find where I was in the chain quest, I visited every questgiver mentioned and no one give me quest! Comment by Just a quick question. How can you tell if you have already done these quests? Will the portals already be opened for you if you have? They are both available for me currently. Comment by ok i know this post was set up last year but i thought i should add my input too I dropped the quest chain a while back also and was stuck and frustrated for a long time trying to find my way back on track to unlocking the twilight highlands portal and additional quest hubs.

I tried looking everywhere that has been mentioned in several posts from wowhead and like others Then the other day whilst at Bilgewater Harbor, Azshara i decided to click on the only quest giver available Fleep ' After completion i was back on track : Hope this helps! Please report this bug to Blizzard, it needs to be fixed, because it's impossible for new characters to quest and gain reputation with this faction.
