The workers are non-hostiles so you can slip past them and get the relics if you want; just don't started attacking any of them or they'll surround you.

You can stay in one excavation point and wait for the relics to reappear since they have short respawn times. He calls adds but you should be able to handle them as long as you have a tank and a dedicated healer in your party. It will take a while to kill him, not to mention that he can deal critical damage so keep your HP up always.

Check this image and look for the green marker. That's where the cavern is. She's not that hard; just make sure you don't pull unnecessary adds or aggro when you fight her.

Grab the hair that she drops and return to the camp. Use the locate button to mark Kelaino's position. He is inside a large cavern with some shamans inside and out. Make sure to deal with them first before aggroing with Kelaino. He hits hard so start the battle with some potions activated already.

First return to Sanctum to start your Abyss Entry Quest and to get some new skills as well. Remember though that getting all the new skill manuals will cost a lot so you should have saved enough kinah to afford them all. Use the locate function to locate Themis. The mobs in this location give out very excellent EXP around 19, exp per person in a full 6-man party but it has a 16 hour lockout so don't expect to use this place as a cheap way to grind.

The enemies here don't respawn as well so if you want to make the most out of your run here by completely cleaning the place up. If you still have the extremely rare Lodas Amulet, this is the best time to use it. This event item is given as a pre-order gift of the game or after answering a survey.

This is given automatically the longer you don't play your character. It will list all the instance dungeons and your entry status for each. You can reach the training grounds by flying north of the fortress to find some broken, floating islands. You should see a broken statue, with claw-like features. Training Grounds - One major rule in avoiding total wipeout in this area: stay close together and concentrate on one target at a time. There will always be mobs that will react to threat even if you just pulled one of them.

Having someone stop the other aggressor on its tracks is very crucial since the enemies are really strong that having two mobs attacking at once can really risk everyone's lives.

Better yet, if your party's templar has the Inescapable Judgment stigma skill, it will be very useful here in safely and quickly pulling mobs.

Of course, a healer's role is practically invaluable here - that goes without saying. An artifact will be standing there so carefully clean up the surrounding mobs. The Nochsana Protector is one of the named mobs that you need to defeat here and it will attack you as you get near the artifact.

This will help immensely in protecting everyone from the boss' attacks. You should see a large, flaming drake guarding the entrance Nochsana Guard It has nasty aoe area-of-effect attack that can knock down all nearby allies.

As the tank, advise your team that you'll attack the drake from behind - to take all the brunt and protect your DPS'ers and healer s from its wide area frontal attacks. When ready, use Charge and run towards it. Make sure to engage it from behind so it faces away from the others.

The Unofficial Aion Templar Guide it charging up for an attack. Use Inescapable Judgement if ever this boss strays away from you and selects another target. You'll find the Aetheric Field Guard in the far end so you have no choice but to defeat the mobs guarding both sides of the platform so you can reach it.

The Aetheric Field Guard can raise a shield that can absorb thousands of damage, not to mention that it can stun characters for a good long time. As long as you keep your Hps up, there shouldn't be proving taking this guy out.

Target the gate and order the siege weapon to attack it. The command buttons for the siege weapon can be found in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Make sure to stand back when the gate is in danger already since there will be a couple of mobs behind the door that will attack your party immediately. Clear the floor again with caution. Use the ramp to the right of the boss to reach the second floor. Fight your way around and you should reach the Nochsana Teleporter standing in the other side of the floor.

Pull his two bodyguards away from him and take them out. Fortunately, doing this won't aggro the boss so you can safely remove his adds without any issues. Once ready, engage the Nochsana General.

The general also has an attack that pulls everybody nearby towards him, stunned. His normal attacks can stun as well. Rage I and Steel Wall Defense will help you in mitigating most of the boss' heavy damage and resist some of the stuns.

Defeat the boss and hope that he drops something rare. Otherwise, your quest here is over. You can sweep the entire area or leave the place. You'll have to wait for another 18 hours before you can visit this place again.

While waiting for the cooldown, you can do some quests back in Eltnen or in the Abyss as fillers. Abyss quests are better done with a party of people since there is always the danger of asmodian players ganking questing players like you.

The Unofficial Aion Templar Guide unless you're up against a serious ganking party, searching the abyss for elyos players to kill. He is a leibo located in a floating island in the middle of the lower reshanta, right underneath the sun.

Make sure to bring in lots of flight potions, as well as activating Wind Scrolls. Eltnen - Kaidan Mine You need to work in a group to complete this quest.

This place is filled with terrible elites. Fortunately, the quest objectives won't bring you deep in the mines but things can become hairy if you're not careful. Also, avoid Flagmen at all costs. They are your first reason for party wipeout. This camp is filled with elites so make sure to be in a group before heading inside. Head to Prellus Wasteland and follow the marker until you find Mabangtah's Hideout. Talk to him as well to start the quest The Strongest Spear.

The locations of these bosses will be shown in the map so just make your way there; the only problem is that your party will most likely have different targets.

Report back to Taera afterwards. Talk to him to start two quests. Spring Water Essence and a Favor for Brirunerk. You may find other spiritmasters here farming the Springwater Spirits to get their Summon Water Spirit II so there may be fierce competition with the Spirits. You may want to team up with someone so if ever the spirit they kill drops an essence, you can get it. This will make your job a lot easier.

The follow up quest, A Pain in the Nyerk will become available as well. Follow the marker to Mabangtah's Hideout. Report back to Mabangtah to complete the quest. Or if you want, you can pay someone to gather it for you a much cheaper and economical option if you are not into gathering.

She is just starting by the entrance of the village. Lead Teos there and talk to Dellome to complete the quest. Open the quest window and mark Ophelos' location. Update: Refreshing the Spring - You may return to the fortress and talk to Gaia to receive your reward. The LV34 campaign quest Something in the Water will become available.

Update: Refreshing the Spring - Exit the garrison and locate Heratos' location. Talk to him and run to the Desert Life Stone as marked in this screenshot. You must examine the life stone in the middle of the well to activate it within 3 minutes Update: Refreshing the Spring - Make a quick run to Kyola Temple use the locate function then talk to Sirink.

Dune Basilisks and Stoneshell Ksellids are abundant in the stretch of desert northeast of the garrison. They're usually accompanied by an adult ksellid. Update: Eating Better - Head southwest of the scout camp to find the Gryphu Nest Update: Scouting for Demokritos - Go northeast of the scout camp to find a field where carcasses of cow-like creatures lie. The Unofficial Aion Templar Guide watch the cutscene. You don't have any means of defeating it for the meantime nor should you have a reason to do so.

Just stay away from it and you'll be fine. The follow up quest Endymion the Slow will become available. Go there are look for a larger than normal ksellid. Though it is a 4-dot mob, it is pretty easy to defeat. Talk to the following NPCs to start them. Talk to him again to start the quest Scout Leader's Request. The follow up quest The Scolopen Sting.

Accept the follow up quest Basilisk Purge. You'll need to hunt for Wasteland Basilisks this time. These are also located in the Eastern Eracus Desert. Report back to Kalitrates to complete the quest.

Caltrops are scattered in the desert and look like spiked stones. Sheluks are normally found in and around the ruins. If you're around LV30 at this point, you should also be able to accept the quest Raiding Claw. The temple is made out of several individual towers, housing different mobs needed for the group and campaign quests. Also, as tempting as it may to free fall to save flight time, don't let your character fall halfway from the top without activating your wings because for some dumb reason, your character will just die.

The following mobs drop the specific fragments. Remember their locations since the place where you got the fragments is the same place where you'll activate the walls later as part of the - Draft Spirits, Strong Sandstorm Spirits - Wind Wall Fragmentas - Keep hunting Eracus Gargoyles until you collect x10 Black Stones Update: Earning Marana's Respect Don't waste your time hunting the other gargoyles bearing the same name found in other locations since the only ones that drop the black stones are the ones located in their own tower.

See note 1 Competition will be fierce, especially if there are other groups hunting the same creature. Unfortunately, this quest item is NOT shareable; meaning that it can only be picked by one character at a time.

Also as a precaution, avoid fighting the gargoyles in mid-air since they have an anti-air move that will turn your character into stone. Non-elite and soloable. These are found in one of the upper towers, usually accompanied by an Ancient Bloodwing and another Long-eared.

Carefully pull them since they are scattered and accompanied with several other mobs. They can quickly gang up on your party if you made a wrong pull or aggro. After completing and turning over Marana's Respect, the follow up quest Expert Advice will become available. Just watch the following scene and the quest will be completed immediately.

After that, she'll give the last follow up quest from her: Pratical Aerobatics. This is similar to the flight test you did back when you're doing the abyss entry quest. The route is pretty simple and straightforward. You can do this on your time. First, you must restore the Flower Wall.

Do the same thing for Lightning, Wave, Wind and Fire walls. After restoring the last wall, watch the scene. Note: Earning Marana's RespectRemember that there is a bug with this quest. There elite Eracus Gargoyles located in the topmost layer of the temple, roaming the transparent "roof". Though these are displayed as 4-dot elites, these are pretty soloable and won't drop the stones. The same thing goes for the other Gargoyles located in the other towers.
