When does zg go away

We had 1 guy in our group once take 26, damage. Venoxxis is tanked to the right of the steps looking at the steps with my back to the wall. The adds are killed one at a time. You should assign a shaman to purge when he attempts to do his Renew heal.

The MT should kite him around the courtyard to avoid being caught in the gas clouds. The MT should be the only one doing any damage until the first cloud is dropped to allow him time to get aggro. About every 6 seconds he will drop another cloud, so melee DPS should run in and do DPS while counting to 6, back out and wait for the cloud to be dropped.

Repeat until dead. Bloodlord: Abilities: Bloodlord has a whirlwind attack that he uses every so often that does about damage. He will also announce that he is "Watching" someone. Unless that person is on the raptor or assigned to heal the person that is on the raptor.

Once the "Threatening Gaze" debuff is gone, everything returns to normal. If the person being "Watched" doesn't stop damage or healing, the Bloodlord will run to that person and 1shot them. He will also level up everytime someone dies and say "Grats" to himself If you die by the Bloodlords damage you will get ressed by spirits that are in the area. If he "Dings" too many times, he will be unbeatable.

Positioning: All ranged DPS and Healers should stand on the wall behind the spears to avoid a charge by the Bloodlord.

This is where the Bloodlord will be tanked and killed. The raptor needs to be offtanked behind the ranged DPS and the healers near the bamboo tree. There should be 2 tanks on him incase one goes down.

He will go into a rage and start 1shot killing everyone. Just OT the raptor and kill the bloodlord first, then kill the raptor last. The Fight: After you clear ALL the mobs between the door and the steps, Including the ones behind the spears on the wall.

Kill the Speaker at the foot of the steps with out the healers using much if any of their mana. Once he is dead the Bloodlord and his raptor will come down and split up.

All mele DPS should be on the Bloodlord. Every seconds he will do his whirlwind attack, back out until it is done and continue DPS. Do this until he is dead. I like to kite him around a little to minimize his charging.

Fairly strait forward fight. Just make sure the person being "Watched" stops everything, except those assigned to the raptor or the raptor tank healers. As soon as boss is pulled 4 spiders spawn, Hunters need to multishot to pull these ads to the huddle, Kill them asap. Random spiders will spawn one at a time and run for the huddle, you need to TAB and kill these immediately.

Everyone except the MT. The longer they stay alive the bigger and tougher they get. This holds true throughout the fight. If yoru Off Tank is on the ball he will taunt, bring her back to position.

You must stop DPS. Wait for new tank to call DPS and start hammering on her. Meanwhile the other tank runs back towards the huddle to repeat the process. Repeat this process, The off tank has a very difficult job because sometimes she resists the taunt. She has a nast AOE spell that inflicts nature damage over time. Aspect of the wild and poison cleansing is a great idea. She will eventually go back to Human form and you should stop dps for a moment and stabilize her.

She will try and heal herself, you can see it and some Mods will tell you. Counterspell, Kick bite scratch her.. Dont let her heal. Basically these steps are repeated. If she happens to run through the off tank to the group she has no problem 2 shotting someone, be aware of your spot heals, feign death, bubble, fade. If you can execute this is a decent long fight because of stops in DPS.

It maintains a WoW addon called the Wowhead Looter , which collects data as you play the game! It uploads the collected data to Wowhead in order to keep the database up-to-date! The majority of gear here will be worse than what is found in Blackwing Lair, with some exceptions, such as the melee weapons.

You can find the raid entrance in Stranglethorn Vale on the Eastern side, where you can just walk in with your man raid group. Zul'Gurub is a man raid, which means you can have up to 20 people in your raid group while inside. Zul'Gurub was originally created as a stepping-stone raid to allow more groups to experience raiding, even if they could not get a man roster together, meaning it is considered to be one of the easiest raids released in Classic.

For most raiding guilds, this generally means breaking up your man raid team into two groups of 20 who can each clear the raid. This is actually quite doable if your team has been doing Blackwing Lair, as Zul'Gurub is generally considered to be an easier raid than Blackwing Lair. For a raid composition, you generally can bring whatever classes you wish, but you should bring at least 2 tanks and healers. Some bosses will require a third tank as well, so make sure to have at least 1 Warrior that can off-tank when needed.

While the actual comp requirements are pretty relaxed compared to other raids, more Warrior s and Rogue s will let you have an easier time, since they are generally stronger DPS classes.

Aside from your standard DPS line-up, you need to at least bring 1 Mage and 1 Hunter for specific fight requirements. The ideal raid composition can be found below, but absolutely do not feel obligated to copy it exactly; you can bring whatever you want for the most part. For more information about the best healers, tanks, and DPS, check out the tier lists for each here. While the above setup is what would be considered an optimal group in a perfect world, it is extremely important to emphasize that you could complete Zul'Gurub with almost any raid composition.

At the end of the day, players are more important than specs and classes in WoW Classic, so try not to focus too much on crafting an ideal group. Zul'Gurub's difficulty mostly comes from bosses, but there are some difficult trash packs that can prove fatal if you are not prepared for them.

The most difficult pull are listed below. The suggested boss order for Zul'Gurub is listed below. However, it is worth noting that the only "required" bosses if you want to kill Hakkar are the High Priests and High Priestesses. All of the other bosses, such as Bloodlord Mandokir , are technically optional. Each boss page contains a list of the loot that the specific boss drops, but you can see a full list of available drops on our Zul'Gurub Loot page.
